Andrea Del Corno, full name Andrea Angelo Antonio Del Corno (Milan, 28 November 1965), is an Italian lawyer, Council Member of the Milan Bar Association.
After obtaining a degree in Law at the State University of Milan, in 1997 he became a criminal lawyer of the Milan bar. His professional activity involved medical and health professionals’ liability, crimes against public administration and administrative responsibilities for corporate offenses (Legislative Decree D. 231/01). He has significant experience in environmental matters and issues concerning workplace safety as well as bankruptcy offences, and those against property and the person.
Finally, in the last few years, he has been involved in the application of artificial intelligence in the justice world, being among the first in Italy.
He is authorized to prosecute before the Milan Juvenile Court.
He is a professor of the AFAP (Association for Professional Training and Development) e-learning platform for lawyers, and, as a lecturer, has delivered hundreds of speeches throughout Italy.
Bar Association activities
He has been particularly involved in Bar Association activities since the early 2000s. He was a Delegate of the Milan Bar Association at the National Forensic Congress for the years 2005 - 2006 - 2010 - 2014 - 2016 and a Delegate of the Milan Bar Association at the OUA (Joint Body of Lawyers) based in Rome for the 2006-2008 biennium. Finally, he has been a Council Member of the Milan Bar Association since November 2015.
Within the Council of the Association, he is a representative of the Patronage Committee at State Expense and insolvency proceedings at the COA (Council of the Bar Association) of Milan.
He has been elected on the “Noi avvocati” list for the elections of the Milan Bar on March 26-27-28, 2019.
Associative and philanthropic activities
As a rotary member, he has been President of a Rotary Club. Within this context, he has participated in many social projects, among all those supporting the House of Charity (Casa della Carità) of Don Virginio Colmegna.
Having a liberal background, he is a collaborator of the "Luigi Einaudi" Research and Documentation Center in Turin for which he wrote for the liberal agenda section.
He is a patron of the MI’mpegno Committee.
